All of our communication is done through Time to Pet so that it goes to  all of our staff so we can all better assist you. We know you have so  many emails to sort through and that emails can get lost in your inbox,  so by having just one pet care account, everything you need is easily  accessible in one place. You can book services, message us, keep track  of your pets’ vaccination records, reference your invoices, and more!
 

Here is a Video Guide to help  walk you through the initial process so you can get to know your client app. Within the app you can find useful help articles to guide you through any task you’re trying to accomplish. We are always available via message if you have any further questions!
