No! We're happy to say we specialize and only offer private walks for your dogs!

This is important to us so that each of our team members can give their full attention to your dog and your dog only. Of course, if you have more than one dog, we’ll walk them together -- no issue! 

We will never combine households/groups of dogs. You can rest assured your dog won’t have to deal with the stress of constantly being walked with new, unfamiliar dogs.

Absolutely -- while it’s no secret, we’re big dog lovers here, we also love taking care of your cats!

Our team is trained in cat care and we even have a dedicated cat expert!

As with our dog care, you’ll receive a report detailing how they’re doing while you’re away as well as photos.

Yes! We have a dedicated team to care for your furbabies while you are away on your trip.

Boarding & daycare occur in a pet sitter’s home and pet sitting is for those dogs who do best in their own home.

You’ll get photos and a detailed report letting you know how much they’re enjoying their time with us!

 We completely understand that your furbabies are your whole world. We know you want to know and trust the people you’re leaving to care for your loved ones.

We offer complimentary phone consultations where we can speak one-on-one with you to answer your questions, learn about what specific needs you and your furbaby have, and more!

Following the complimentary phone consult, we offer a paid service of a Meet & Greet where we match you up to your primary walker/carer so that you and your furbaby can meet them in person and see how they get along!

When booking your services, you will choose a 2 hour walk window. Our team

We require lockboxes or for you to leave a key at your building's front desk. 

We require 24 hour notice for walks and cat care. We require 5 days notice for daycare, boarding, and overnight care.

You will receive a notification from our app as well as a text and email when our team arrives. At the end of the visit you'll receive a report that includes pictures, videos, notes on how the visit went, and gps tracking.

Yes! Our employees have had in person training with our trainer, as well as a three hour online course, CPR, and First Aid Certification.

We do everything in our power to monitor and restrict any unwanted eating/picking things up from the sidewalk, but sometimes the unexpected can happen.

You can rest assured that all of our team are CPR trained and certified! We’ll be there to help your furbaby for immediate choking/breathing issues. Moreover, we require your vet and emergency vet to be listed in your profile, so we will know where to take your loved one in case they need additional care.

Here is a general overview of what you can expect from us!

• You activate your account with us.
• We meet over the phone (complimentary consultation) and we meet in person (paid Meet & Greet service).
• We get started with walks, daycare, pet sitting, boarding and/or cat care!
• After the first few services (or whenever you have a new walker) we’ll check in with you and ask for your feedback.
• We continue to strengthen the relationship we have with your furbaby!
