Kara (Founder)
Kara started Paws For Walks Chicago in 2013. With a huge passion for animals, she knew working with animals needed to be a part of her career.
Kara grew up with dogs her entire life and adopted her first dog from PAWS a few months prior to starting the company. Leah, her dog, was the inspiration behind starting the company and now the logo of the company.
Kara likes to spend her free time traveling with her wife, walking around Chicago, working out and spending time with friends and family.
Lesley (Co-Founder)
Lesley has grown up with all different types of animals including tons of different type of birds. She would love to rescue any animal she would find!
Lesley moved to Chicago in 2019 and got her dog Lilly. From there, her and Kara met and decided to start Paws For Walks Chicago downtown which started in 2022.
In Lesley's free time she works in real estate, rollerblades with Lilly, traveling the world, and spending time with family and friends
